Office Policies

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

New clients:

In case of a no call/no show, your card will be charged for the full price of the missed session.
Please make every effort to cancel in advance (48+ hours) by calling or texting Natalya @(765)421-5731.

Established clients:

A minimum of  48 hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows an opportunity for someone else to book that window.
If you are unable to give me a 48 hours notice you will be NOT be charged for your FIRST last minute cancellation only.
However, any further last minute cancellations WILL result in your card being charged for the full price of the missed session.

No-shows:

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

Early arrivals:

Though some businesses/offices expect you to arrive 15+ minutes early for your appointment,  this is not the case in with my practice. There is NO need to arrive any earlier than 2-5 min prior to your scheduled time, even if it's your first session.

I run a very tight schedule, and may not be able to let you in if you arrive 10, 15, 20 or 30 min earlier, as I may still be in another massage or health coaching session, and or sanitizing and setting up between appointments during whch time the door remains locked.

Once you've arrived, please stay in your vehicle and send me a text message. I will invite you in at your appointment time.

If you do happen to arrive early, you're absolutely welcome to wait in your vehicle or in the parking lot until your scheduled appointment time.

Appointment length vs. Session length:

When planning your visit to Lafayette Massage Clinic, please understand that your actual appointment time will be slightly longer than your scheduled session, as I take up to 5-10 minutes to check in with each client prior to each session, to discuss any important health changes or updates, and so that we can set goals and priorities for that session.

If it's your first session, the intake/consultation can take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes, so please allow enough time for that, and plan accordingly.
The timing of your massage session does not begin until we start the actual massage.

Modifying Session length:

If you need to shorten your session, please inform me 48+ hrs in advance. If you inform me on the day of your appointment, your session can be shortened, but you will be charged for the length of the originally scheduled session.

If you'd like to lengthen your session, please inform me of your preference and if there happens to be enough time before the next appointment, I will gladly accommodate your request.

Health History:

It is the your responsibility as a Client to keep your Massage Therapist informed  and updated of any new medications, injuries, surgeries, or any major health changes, following your initial Intake.
